EGUSD GOES GOLD | CELEBRATING 50 YEARS OF EDUCATIONAL EXCELLENCE

The district operates 39 elementary schools, nine middle schools, nine
high schools, three continuation schools, one K-12 independent study
program, one charter school and one special education school. In addition,
the district offers preschool programs at eight school sites, an adult
education program and a career training center for adults.

The theme of the Elk Grove Unified School District's 50th Anniversary is "EGUSD Goes Gold - Celebrating 50 Years of Educational Excellence." We conducted an online community contest to choose one of five logos to represent the anniversary. The winning logo will be showcased at the September 2nd Board of Education meeting. At that time the logo will be posted on this page for schools to use as they celebrate their own histories throughout the school year. |
