Meet Results
·
Our first meet of the season was the Tokay Relay
Meet on 3/10. We had two relays
place in the top three, the 200 free/breast relay and the 200 IM Relay for
the Varsity Girls. All the ladies
had great swims.
·
We had our first league meet against Laguna Creek
on 3/14. Great job Frosh/Soph Girls and Varsity Girls; both teams won. The boys had a great showing, but fell
short.
·
Vs. Davis: The Frosh/Soph
Girls are now undefeated!! Congrats
ladies. Our Varsity Girls and
Varsity Boys fell to 1-1 and 0-2, but still put in a great effort.
·
Our Frosh/Soph and
Varsity girls beat Kennedy, but our Varsity boys lost by 2 points. FS Girls are 3-0, Varsity Girls are 2-1,
and Varsity boys are 0-3.
·
Great meet vs. Valley. There were a lot of terrific swims!! Frosh/Soph
girls are still undefeated, 4-0.
Varsity girls are now 3-1, and Varsity boys pulled in their first
win!! They are 3-1.
·
4/18 was our last dual meet of the season. It was vs. Franklin. We overcame a hotter than normal pool
temperature to have some final great swims.
Shout out to Ashley Cowdin and Jill
Edstrom who swam in their final high school swim meet ever! Unfortunately, we succumbed to the Wildcats
in all three divisions, but we had more spirit and more class. Go EGHS.
League Meet here we come!
