25 Points

(Note: School Loop discussion section is disabled.  Type your answer in a word processing application and turn it in to the appropriate School Loop assignment.  Obviously, you will not include any reply to another’s post.)

In the Critical Viewing Log for this section you were asked to examine the stars in the productions you watched.  For our first SchoolLoop discussion this term answer the following question:

What qualities make an actor a “star?”  What is it about their personality and way they look, speak, and move that makes them compelling to watch.  You should discuss a specific actor in discussing this question, ideally from a performance you listed on your Critical Viewing  Log.

Answer this question on the SchoolLoop discussion section.  Then write a constructive reply to one of your peer’s answers.

Grading Criteria: Point are given for the depth of the analysis provided.  Your post should be a minimum of five sentences.  Your reply should be a minimum of four sentences. 13 points are possible for the post answering the question. 12 points are possible for reply to another student’s post.)
