Project Review

 

Instructions: At the conclusion of a three-week grading period, you are to submit a Microsoft Word document  that outlines what you accomplished.  This document must be submitted to the proper assignment listing on SchoolLoop.  Major video work should be placed in the appropriate project file on the server for review. 

 

List your name and date at the top of the paper.  The document file name should list your last name and Project_Review_1 (or 2 or 3 as appropriate.)   

 

You are to include the following headings:

 

Project Summary: (Describe the project or projects that you worked on. This should include a synopsis of the story)  Be sure to list any contribution you made to the

 

Project Role: (Describe the role you had in the project.  Example you could have been the writer and director on the project, or you may have served as the boom operator for one day.)

 

Lessons Learned Successes: (What was the most successful aspect of the video?)

 

Lessons Learned Improvement: (What area or areas could have been improved on this production?)

 

Lessons Learned Innovation: (Did you try any new techniques on this project, if so how did they turn out? (This can include production effects such as the use of a dolly or crane or creative camera angles; it can also include post-production techniques in editing, such as color correction or the altering of speed.)

 

Point Values: There are 300 points possible for the projects completed during this 3 week period.  In general, each productive day is worth 20 points.  Give your estimate of the point value you believe the project or projects are worth based on your contribution and the quality your contribution to the projects.  Be sure to list your contributions to the Morning Bulletin.
