1. Roy Herburger Elementary is on a Year Round schedule for the 2009-2010 school year. If you live in our attendance area please be sure to stop by the office between the hours of 7:30am-3:30pm to register your student(s). If you are new to the Elk Grove Unified School District you will need to provide us with your child(s) birth certificate, current shot records and proof of your new address ie: purchase agreement, rental agreement, PG&E or SMUD bill. If your student is transferring from within the district all you will need to provide is proof of your new address.

2. If you have a child at home who will be 5 years old by December 2, 2009 please stop by our office to register them for kindergarten for the 2009-2010 school year which began on Monday, July 20, 2009.

3. KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION for the 2010-2011 school year will begin on Thursday, December 3, 2009. If you have a child at home who will be 5 years old by December 2, 2010 they will be eligible to register for kindergarten for the 2010/2011 school year. Registration packets will be available on Thursday, December 3, 2009 at 7:00 a.m. in the office. Once you have completed the packet please return it, along with your child's birth certificate, most current shot records, and proof of residence ( PG&E, SMUD, or County Utility bill) on or before Monday, February 1, 2010 in order to keep your enrollment number.
