Q. What do I need to provide for enrollment?
A. To enroll a student, you must have the following:

Parent/ Guardian photo I.D.
Birth Certificate
Social Security card of student
Immunization record
Proof of Residency in the Albiani attendance area
Withdrawal paperwork and report card or unofficial transcript of last school

Q. Can anyone attend Katherine Albiani Middle School?
A. No, you must be living in our boundaries. For boundary information, please visit the Attendance Area Maps on the Elk Grove Unified School District's website.

Q. How do I update my address and phone number with the school?
A. To update new phone numbers and new residence, we must have the parent/guardian come in person with I.D to make the changes. An original SMUD, PG&E bill, rental contract or purchase agreement will need to be brought in. No changes will be made over the phone.
 
Q. Does the school district provide transportation for students attending Katherine Albiani?
A. Yes, EGUSD does provide transportation for students that qualify. For an application and more information, please visit the EGUSD Transportation page on the Elk Grove Unified School District's website.
