STAR Test Bulletin, April 10
S.T.A.R. Testing Program
California Standards Tests (7th & 8th grades)
CAT-6 (7th grade only)

Apr. 17-19 and Apr. 24-26 (Schedule 9:00am to 12:15pm and No Zero Period).
Minimum day schedule. One period meets each day. Students will 
take the test related to the class that meets that period. If 
no test is scheduled for that class, regular class activities 
will take place that day.

Please schedule all appointments (medical, etc.) for alternate days. 
Remember to eat breakfast and get a full night of sleep before each

Testing in classrooms during regular school schedule.

PSAT Testing

The PSAT is the Preliminary version of the High School SAT. 
Scores earned by middle school students will not count, but 
will give an early indication of areas in which each student 
needs improvement by the junior year of High School.
Saturday, October 21, 2006.
At Joseph Kerr Middle School Gym. Seating is limited. Only
the first 150 students will be admitted. Turn in permission
slip to Mathematics teacher before the end of September
with the $12 test fee (checks preferred).

Cancelled by State due to Budget Crises for 2003-2007. Not expected to return.

EGUSD CSRE End-of-Course Exams
All Academic Departments

Final Tests will be taken in respective classrooms 5 to 10 days before end 
of school year. These tests are required to be administered by the Elk Grove 
Unified School District and are included in student grade calculations.
