All student athletes must pick up an EGUSD Sports Participation booklet and Emergency Card from his/her coach to be read and signed by both parents and athletes. The Sports Participation booklet contains all responsibilities and rights of athletes, parents, coaches, and the school district. The Emergency Cards will be carried by coaches to all sporting events in the unlikely event that emergency medical care is necessary.
