School History
Sunrise Elementary is EGUSD’s 39th elementary school.  It is built to serve the new housing development currently known as Anatolia.  Built along south Sunrise Boulevard in an area of vernal pools and open range land, it is a great place each morning to see the sun rise.  In keeping with the Greek theme cultivated in the community, the school is incorporating elements of Greek history and culture into the school environment.
