Responsibilites of National JROTC Program 1. Develop policies and procedures for the day-to-day operation of the program
2. Establish standards for unit operations, instructor qualifications, and cadet performance
3. Open and close units
4. Screen, approve, and certify instructors
5. Provide equipment, supplies, and uniforms
6. Pay operating costs and cost-share salaries
7. Provide the curriculum
