	UPCOMING EVENTS · Applications are now available for CSF- the California Scholarship Federation. Sophomores, juniors and seniors are eligible to apply this semester based on their June grades. Requirements are listed on the applications. You can get an application from your math teacher or in B-3 or B-4. Applications are due next Wednesday, September 10^th. Freshmen can apply 2^nd semester. 9/8 · The Japanese Club will be having a meeting in C-18 on Wednesday, September 10^th after school. Please come if you’d like to be a part of the fun filled activities! 9/10
	Counseling/Career Center (back to top of page) · The Historically Black College Fair is coming to Elk Grove on September 12^th. If you are interested in going to a historically black college then come sign up in the Career Center. 9/10 · Attention all college bound juniors and seniors! The deadline for signing up for the October SAT is September 8^th! Go to www. collegeboard.org to sign up. If you have any questions, come see Mrs. Matthews in the Career Center.

They can only be 40 words or less and no professional pictures are accepted. Make checks payable to EGHS and turn into A-3 or Ms. Hamilton’s box. Self addressed stamped envelopes are needed if you want photos returned. 9/12
