INTRODUCTION TO VIDEO ANIMATION

Write a report discussing the topic: Persistence of Vision (POV).  Your report should be written in Times New Roman or Arial, 12 pt font.  Use the Internet to research and report on several aspects of the importance of Persistence of Vision in the development of video production.

Here are the assignment requirements and point values assigned to each portion of the report:

3 pts-    Introductory paragraph explaining the concept (POV).

2 pts-     Describe two types of equipment of historical value which demonstrate POV.

4 pts-     Create a chronological timeline with 8 significant events in the history of video production and animation.

4 pts-   Describe, in detail, 2 of the events or 2 of the people that you believe were the most interesting from the information you uncovered in your research.  Be sure to explain why you believe they are important.

3pts-      Provide a minimum of 3 URL's for the sites you used to collect your information

4 pts- Gramatically correct, in paragraph format, single spaced, single 12 pt font, 1" margins. Your name, Period, and Date in a heading. Name your document: "lastname_pov.docx".

Send your final document to Mr. Shuping through the Drop Box for this assignment on the School Loop Calendar.  If you receive a submission error more than two times, save your final report as a text file, instead of a document file.  Alternatively, name your report "lastname_pov.txt".  See Mr. Shuping with questions or concerns.
