School History
Three generations of the family of Charles Mack occupied the land upon which the school is located. Forty varieties of olives, many imported from Italy, were planted on the Mack Ranch. Some of these are still bearing fruit in the back yards of residents. For years the housing development across from the school was known as the Olive Orchard.
