Welcome to Elk Grove Adult & Community Education.
Adult education classes are open to adults 18 years of age and older. We have been serving Elk Grove, Sacramento, and surrounding areas for 45 years.
Elk Grove Adult and Community Education mission:
To enhance adults' skills and knowledge, to develop ethical and responsible citizens, workers, and family members, and to encourage respect for and appreciation of our diverse culture.

Sandra Godinez is currently studying for her Spanish GED at Elk Grove Adult and Community Education (EGACE), but she is no stranger to our school. As far back as 1993 she began taking ESL classes in the evening. Three years later she stopped attending so she could deal with her busy life as a working mother, but not before she studied for and received her U.S. citizenship in 1995.

Her new goal is to work towards obtaining her GED and hopes to take career technology classes.

Sandra loves EGACE, the teachers, the fact that our school is close to her home and it's open during the evenings, this accommodates her work hours.
